How accurate are your floor plan surveys?
We use professional-grade Leica DISTO laser measurement devices that deliver accuracy to within ±2mm. Every plan is cross-checked during the drafting process before delivery.
What file formats do you deliver?
Standard plans include PDF (print-ready) and PNG (web-ready). Professional and Commercial tiers also include DWG (AutoCAD), and optional 3D interactive plans in web-compatible format.
How long does a site survey take?
A typical 3-bedroom residential property takes 45–60 minutes on site. Larger commercial properties or complex buildings may require 2–4 hours depending on size and layout complexity.
Do I need to be present during the survey?
Not necessarily. As long as we have safe access, we can complete the survey with a key, access code, or instructions. We will confirm access arrangements when you book.
Can you survey properties outside London?
Yes. While our base is in London, we provide nationwide coverage for floor plan surveys across England, Scotland, and Wales. Travel is included in your quoted price.
Are your floor plans suitable for planning applications?
Yes. Our plans are drafted to scale with north arrow, dimensions, and room labels as required by most UK local planning authorities. We can also provide site location plans and elevations if needed.
